Challenge

The homepage and entry points of the Proximus website are crucial for customer acquisition and navigation. As Belgium’s leading telecommunications provider, Proximus needed to revamp these key pages to emphasize joint offers (smartphone + subscription) and clearly communicate its new strategic direction, “Think Possible.” The challenge was to design a modern, conversion-driven interface that guided users effectively while ensuring brand consistency.
