Designed and implemented interfaces across Proximus telecom services, moving between several teams: B2B, Day to Day, the design system. Working on both sides, design and production code, meant specifying components that developers could build as designed. Took part in the accessibility compliance track as designer and integrator, at component and page level.

Approach
Start with the problem, not the screen. Before opening a design tool, I map the business context, the user needs and the technical constraints. A well-framed problem is already half the solution, and it prevents expensive pivots later in delivery.
Design systems over one-off screens. Every component I design is built to be reused, extended and handed over. I think in tokens, variants and states, not just in how something looks on a single artboard.
Stay in the room with developers. I write production code. That changes how I design: I know what is costly to implement, what is trivial, and how to spec with precision. Fewer back-and-forths, faster delivery, better end result.
Iterate on real data. Design does not end at launch. I use analytics, heatmaps and session data with operational feedback to find friction, validate hypotheses and keep improving, closing the loop between design and reality.
