Confidentiality

The Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Client information and project details not explicitly cleared for public disclosure.

Similarly, the Client agrees to protect proprietary design methodologies and UX research techniques shared during the collaboration.

Project Termination

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control make project completion impossible or impractical

In case of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
