Terms and conditions
General terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between Thibaud Cuvelier, Brussels-based UX/UI designer working on behalf of Six Vallées SRL (BE 0629.860.689), and the client commissioning services.
Services provided
Comprehensive UX/UI design services including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, product design strategy, and design system development. All services are tailored to the specific needs of each project.
Project engagement
All projects begin upon receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed-upon initial payment. The Designer will provide regular updates and adhere to agreed-upon deadlines.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables. The Designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios and professional platforms unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details not explicitly cleared for public disclosure.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice if terms are breached and not remedied within 14 days. The Client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brussels. Last updated: April 2025.
